The main equipment of this line includes a 400 ton hydraulic press, two preheated furnaces with a total capacity of 1.5 tons per hour, a three-roller rolling system equipped with a de-scaler with a pressure of 250 bar, and a final sizing press of 200 tons. Spring steel flat bars with a thickness of less than 8 mm and with high quality are among the products of this production line. According to the upcoming development plan, in the near future, with the launch of Stand No. 2, while increasing the production capacity, the variety of production sizes will also increase.
