Double Side Milling Spring Machine

This machine was first designed, built, installed and commissioned by the order of Pars Fanarr Company and to carry out side turning operations of products with the technical support of Fulad Sanat Sapra Steel engineers.

Machining operation is done using two hydraulic units with 0.1 mm accuracy and longitudinal movement using hydraulic system with 0.5 mm accuracy and PLC control system equipped with HMI.

This machine has increased the production capacity by more than 5 times in Pars Fener company compared to the old methods (machine tools and milling machines, etc.).
